Today's Workout

Today was another kettlebell variety day and I chose to do 30 minutes of Turkish Get Ups. I didn't try to count them and I focused on the quality of each repetition and felt very strong and relaxed. Nice practice.

I finished with 100 kettlebell snatches with my trusty 24 kg Kettlebell in easy sets of 10. Felt nice and easy. Did them on the top of each minute.

Easy Like Monday Morning

Didn't quite feel it like I usually do!

Probably has something to do with my end of weekend dining fare. Pulled pork, BBQ shrimp, buttered corn, deviled eggs, chocolate chip cookies...not my usual menu but well worth it!

I had ZERO energy. Imagine if you eat like that every day LOL and some do that. Wow:)

Was able to manage this with my 24 kg Kettlebell:

50 Presses

100 swings

67 snatches

There is always tomorrow.

Simple is Often Best

The main reason I started "Charm City Kettlebells" was to help lots of people get in the best shape of their lives. Our Baltimore and Towson kettlebell workouts usually are quite taxing but not complicated at all. I find that keep in simple, stupid (KISS) works out well.

Today, my personal workout is as simple as it gets.

300 reps

200 24 kg Kettlebell swings, 100 24 kg Kettlebell snatches. Sets of 20 and 10. Time 25 minutes.

Easy pace and I felt good but not drained.
