Fells Point Kettlebell Class for November 3, 2008
We changed things up a bit today and worked more and rested less!
Started with Joint Mobility work to get the joints lubed up and free.
2 Circuits today
1st Circuit:
Push ups
Jump split squats
Swings
45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest for each exercise and we went 4 rounds.
2nd Circuit:
Russian Twists
Forearm planks
goblet squats
45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest for each exercise and we went for 3 rounds.
Nice work today!
