Fells Point Early AM Kettlebell Class
Today we had a workout with a great twist. Equal work and rest and we started with a minute on and then off of each exercise. Then we did 30 seconds on and off. Finally we did 15 seconds on and off.
Jump squats
Push Ups
Upright KB rows
Kb swings
side planks, left and then right.
