Baltimore Kettlebell Class today
Today we did equal work and rest ratio in our kettlebell workout.
We performed two circuits with two minutes of rest between the circuits.
Circuit 1:
Side Lunge squats
Swings
Right Row
Left Row
30 seconds on/off
Circuit 2:
Squats
Push ups
Russian Twists
Planks
:30 on/off
