Kettlebells In 11 Minutes
Did a very solid session today with the 28 kg Kettlebell. All I did was 11 minutes of Kettlebell Presses did 2 a side and rested and ended up doing 40 reps in 11 minutes. Good reps. Solid reps. Hard Style breathing behind the shield reps.
