Nice segment, Sandy. I like this approach. How'd you get the green border around the video? That looks really nice.
Thanks for the compliment! Dave Whitley turned me on to a fellow named Jim Labadie who coaches fitness folks in marketing and he recommends a bunch of cool ways to get your name out there. Interviewing experts is one of them.
The green border was an option in "youtube." I am a complete moron about tech but I am getting there!
