Here is the workout we did at Zen of Zoe's today in Baltimore.
One handded Kettlebell Swings R, L
Pushups
Cleans R.,L
Push Press R,L
Lunges R, L
One armed Rows L,R
Plank
We did it for 10,8,6,4,2 reps on each side declining.
