Kettlebells Workout for January 3, 2009
After taking a week off to get some recovery in I got back into it today and had a good, solid workout.
Wanted to get in some "Grinds" as well as swings and I combined that into a nice session.
I used the 28 KG Dragon Door Bell today.
Clean and Press, 1 Left and Right
10 swings
1 Goblet Squat
10 swings
Clean and Press, 2 left and Right
10 swings
2 Goblet Squats
10 Swings
Clean and Press, 3 left and Right
10 swings
3 Goblet Squats
10 Swings
Rinse and Repeat 4 times
Total Clean and Press Reps 48
Swing reps 200
24 Goblet squats
Total time 35:34
Calories burned 636
Average heart rate was 147 (85%)
Max heart rate was 168 (97 %)
