About 1 minute after your "comment," I did pistol for first time with 16kg.Making progress and RKC in 14 months is the goal!

Thanks for your time:)Sandy Sommer, RKChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11742240537589566757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3628101347853339953.post-39449324912132039102009-04-08T19:57:00.000-07:002009-04-08T19:57:00.000-07:00Pistols are much harder than they look for anyone ...Pistols are much harder than they look for anyone that has not tried one!

Just a guess from watching your video is that your ankle in front may be a bit tight, preventing your knee from coming over your toes a bit and pushing you into the "back seat" a bit more.

Thoughts?

Keep us updated!
Rock on
Mike NMike T Nelsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14997800230648983026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3628101347853339953.post-59102461931543002722009-04-07T08:28:00.000-07:002009-04-07T08:28:00.000-07:00Sandy, you should be very proud.
